- 1 tsp. matcha powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup steamed milk of choice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- Mix matcha powder and hot water together until dissolved.
- Add steamed milk and honey to the mixture and stir.
- Grate fresh ginger over the top of the latte and serve warm.
