Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup steamed milk of choice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger

  1. Mix matcha powder and hot water together until dissolved.
  2. Add steamed milk and honey to the mixture and stir.
  3. Grate fresh ginger over the top of the latte and serve warm.
