- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (14 ounce) package extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
- In a medium bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Pour the honey mixture into the skillet. Cook and stir until the tofu is evenly coated with the glaze.
- Serve hot.
