Honey Garlic Tofu
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (14 ounce) package extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Pour the honey mixture into the skillet. Cook and stir until the tofu is evenly coated with the glaze.
  4. Serve hot.
