Ingredients
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine garlic, honey, olive oil and soy sauce.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
