- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic, honey, olive oil and soy sauce.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
