Ingredients
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.
  3. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
