- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.
