- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce and olive oil.
- Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Bake salmon in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
