Honey Garlic Glaz…
Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and olive oil.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil to pan and heat until almost smoking.
  4. Add salmon to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Stir in honey garlic mixture and red pepper flakes until well combined. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with additional red pepper flakes if desired.
