Honey Garlic Caul…
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Add water and mix until it forms a thick batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and coat evenly. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add honey, soy sauce or tamari and minced garlic. Simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove cauliflower from the oven and brush each piece with the honey garlic sauce. Place back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
