- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin tin with butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey and milk.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Divide batter among prepared muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
