- 1 lb. dried navy beans
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Soak the beans overnight in a large bowl filled with water.
- Drain and rinse the beans.
- In a large saucepan, combine the honey, molasses, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder and brown sugar.
- Stir to combine.
- Add the beans to the saucepan and stir to coat.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until the beans are tender.
- Serve hot or cold.
