Homemade Chocolat…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the salt.
  5. Allow to cool before using.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
