Herbed Butter
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh oregano

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy. Stir in the parsley, chives, thyme and oregano.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  3. Serve with your favorite dishes.
