- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
- In a small bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy. Stir in the parsley, chives, thyme and oregano.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
