Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery; sauté for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add thyme, rosemary and poultry seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Place bread cubes in a large bowl; add sautéed vegetables and mix together.
Place mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
