- 1 (2-3 lb) boneless turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
- Rub herb mixture all over turkey breast and place in prepared roasting pan.
- Roast for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm.
