Ingredients
  • 1 (2-3 lb) boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
  3. Rub herb mixture all over turkey breast and place in prepared roasting pan.
  4. Roast for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve warm.
