Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme and salt.
  3. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm.
