- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until easily flaked with a fork.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
