Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  3. Place the salmon in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until easily flaked with a fork.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
