- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Brush the pork tenderloins with the herb mixture.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
