- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil.
- Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
