- 2 halibut fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Brush both sides of the halibut fillets with olive oil.
- Mix together garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of the halibut.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
