Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, and flaxseed meal.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), mashed banana, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to combine.
  5. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
