Hash Browns
Ingredients
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Grate the potatoes into a bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the grated potatoes to the skillet and spread them out evenly.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

  6. Serve hot.
