Ingredients
  • 1 (30-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, butter, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Pour eggs over the hash brown mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and eggs are cooked through.
