- 1 (30-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, butter, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Pour eggs over the hash brown mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and eggs are cooked through.
