Hash Brown Casser…
Ingredients
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch-style dressing mix
  • 8 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, butter and dressing mix.
  3. Stir in the frozen hash browns and 2 cups of cheese.
  4. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
