- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 3 ounces thinly sliced ham, diced
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and ham.
- Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
