- 1 9-inch deep-dish unbaked pie shell
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper.
- Stir in ham and cheese.
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
