Habanero Hot Sauce
Ingredients
  • 10 habanero peppers
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  2. In a blender, combine the pepper halves, vinegar, garlic, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the sauce to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
