- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until it is creamy.
- Add the onion, tomato, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Mix together until all ingredients are combined.
- Serve with chips or vegetables.
