Guacamole
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork until it is creamy.
  4. Add the onion, tomato, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix together until all ingredients are combined.
  6. Serve with chips or vegetables.
