Grilled Zucchini
Ingredients
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Grill the zucchini slices for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until they are lightly charred and tender.
  4. Serve hot.
