Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cut the zucchini into 1/4-inch slices. Place in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Place the zucchini slices on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and tender.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with oregano and thyme leaves. Serve warm.
