Ingredients
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush zucchini slices with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of each slice.
  5. Grill for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
  6. Serve warm.
