- 2 large zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and sea salt.
- Dip each slice of zucchini into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
- Brush each side of the zucchini slices with olive oil and place on the grill.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
