Grilled Zucchini …
Ingredients
  • 2 large zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and sea salt.
  3. Dip each slice of zucchini into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
  4. Brush each side of the zucchini slices with olive oil and place on the grill.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
