Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 zucchini, cut into slices
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the vegetables for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender.
  4. Serve hot.
