Ingredients
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1/4 cup of hummus
  • 1/2 cup of grilled vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Steps
  1. Toast the two slices of sourdough bread.
  2. Spread hummus on one slice.
  3. Add the grilled vegetables to the other slice.
