Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Grill vegetables for 10 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove vegetables from the grill and set aside.
  5. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread tomato sauce over crust and top with grilled vegetables.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
