- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
- 1 onion, sliced into thin rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Brush the top with olive oil.
- Place the vegetables on top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle with garlic and cheeses.
- Carefully place the pizza onto the preheated grill and close the lid. Grill for about 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
