Ingredients
  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin rings
  • 1 onion, sliced into thin rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Brush the top with olive oil.
  3. Place the vegetables on top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle with garlic and cheeses.
  4. Carefully place the pizza onto the preheated grill and close the lid. Grill for about 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
