- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 ounces of tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on one slice of the toast.
- Top with tuna, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Top with other slice of toast.
- Grill in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm.
