Grilled Tofu
Ingredients
  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the tofu into 1/4-inch slices.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce and garlic.
  4. Brush each side of the tofu slices with the marinade.
  5. Place the tofu on the preheated grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot.
