- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the tofu into 1/4-inch slices.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce and garlic.
- Brush each side of the tofu slices with the marinade.
- Place the tofu on the preheated grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
