- 1 lb. extra-firm tofu
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the marinade over the tofu and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the cubes onto skewers.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are lightly browned and crisp.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
