- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the sweet potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Place the wedges on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
