- 3 sweet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Lightly grease the grill grates with oil or cooking spray. Place potatoes on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve.
