Grilled Sweet Pot…
Ingredients
  • 2 sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato slices, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat the sweet potatoes evenly.
  4. Place the sweet potato slices on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
