- 2 sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato slices, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat the sweet potatoes evenly.
- Place the sweet potato slices on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
