- 2 lb. steak
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until combined.
- Rub the steak with the chimichurri sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve with extra chimichurri sauce on the side.
