Grilled Steak Tac…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 small flour or corn tortillas

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the steak with the olive oil mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until it is cooked to your liking.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas in batches.
  7. Fill each tortilla with steak slices and serve.
