- 1/2 lb. steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 small flour or corn tortillas
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Brush the steak with the olive oil mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until it is cooked to your liking.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas in batches.
- Fill each tortilla with steak slices and serve.
