Ingredients
  • 1 lb. steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush steak with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
  4. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and feta cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  8. Top salad with sliced steak.
