- 1 lb. steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush steak with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
- Top salad with sliced steak.
