Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder and cumin to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Slice the steak into thin strips and add it back to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until everything is heated through.
